MarSeventh e84c7ebba1 feat(docker): add client IP injection and update .gitignore ...

- Add getConnInfo to inject client real IP into x-real-ip header
  in Docker/Node.js environment (where cf-connecting-ip is unavailable)
- Strip IPv6-mapped IPv4 prefix (::ffff:) for clean IP values
- Add .claude/ to .gitignore
