fix: 补全 stub 包列表并增强命名导出生成，修复跨平台构建和运行时错误

- 向 STUB_NPM_PACKAGES 添加 9 个缺失的包（@ant/claude-for-chrome-mcp,
  @anthropic-ai/sandbox-runtime, @anthropic-ai/mcpb, bedrock/foundry/vertex SDK,
  @aws-sdk/client-sts, client-bedrock, client-bedrock-runtime）
- 增强 stub-npm onLoad：自动扫描 src/ 源文件提取命名导入，动态生成匹配导出
- 将 stub 导出值从 undefined 改为 Proxy 对象，防止模块顶层属性访问崩溃
- 同步更新 stub-missing handler 使用相同的 Proxy 策略
